The tourist accommodation complex is planned in the Ammand Dam area, 15 km northwest of Tabriz, a city in northern Iran. The project develops around an artificial lake in a desert region bordering Azerbaijan and Armenia, within a striking and unique landscape.
The project areas include both public spaces and exclusive private areas, hosting different functions: a hospitality area with a 13-storey hotel covering 23,000 sqm, restaurants and convention halls; a sports complex; a commercial district with a large mall; a residential area with villas arranged around a large golf course; a leisure area with a water park; and finally, a 750,000 sqm natural park connected to the agricultural landscape.
