Interiors are an essential part of architectural design. That’s why we develop customized solutions for homes, offices, shops, public venues, hospitality facilities, and communal spaces, focusing on layout, materials, finishes, lighting, and details.

The studio handles interior furnishings and finishes, restyling of existing spaces, store and public venue design, lighting design, industrial design, and sacred design, with the goal of creating recognizable, harmonious, and functional spaces.

We work on hospitality and communal facilities through renovation, adaptation, and enhancement of spaces. We focus on comfort, the overall image of the facility, and its ability to meet regulatory standards and user needs.

We handle renovations, facility upgrades, interior design and decoration projects, and compliance of systems.

We design interventions for public spaces with the aim of improving their quality, safety, accessibility, and identity. We work on existing urban areas and areas to be redeveloped, integrating architectural, functional, and landscape aspects.

Our interventions include urban area revitalization, traffic calming, bicycle lane design, recovery of degraded areas, and defining elements of urban furniture and lighting.

Alongside design, we offer complete technical support to properly manage every phase of the project. We handle administrative, executive, and regulatory aspects, simplifying the client’s path and coordinating the activities necessary for project realization.

The studio deals with building permits, metric calculations, site accounting, project supervision, technical assistance, safety plans as per Legislative Decree 81/2008, energy certifications, safety coordination, cadastral and mortgage surveys, and topographic surveys.

We assist private clients, professionals, businesses, and credit institutions with analysis, verification, and technical evaluation of properties. The consultancy is designed to support important decisions, such as buying, selling, property recovery, or asset valuation.

The studio carries out technical investigations and real estate appraisals and has collaborated with various banking institutions, including UBI Banca Popolare Commercio e Industria and UniCredit Banca. Consultancy services include technical-legal investigations, advice for property purchase and sale, technical appraisals, and sworn appraisals.

Landscape design completes and enhances the architectural vision of the studio. We work on designing and enhancing open spaces, parks, gardens, and natural areas, with interventions that combine environmental quality, accessibility, and the identity of the places.

For Public Entities — We develop projects for theme parks, scientific, technological, and river areas, green spaces, playgrounds, sports and recreational areas, cemeteries, and monuments. We also handle the restoration of historical parks, recovery of degraded areas, project supervision, coordination, site assistance, and work accounting.

For Private Clients and Hospitality Facilities — We design parks and gardens, green areas for businesses and hospitality facilities, restoration and enhancement of historical gardens, swimming pools, biopools, fountains and ponds, irrigation systems, lighting, and nighttime scenographies, as well as green projects for residential complexes and subdivisions.

For Green Operators — We offer topographic and photographic surveys, environmental assessments, phytopathological analyses, and tree stability checks, in addition to technical consultancy, appraisals, calculations, specifications, and green management plans.

For manufacturing facilities and businesses — We develop landscape and environmental mitigation projects to support new developments and the expansion of existing facilities.

We address landscape and environmental issues on a broader scale, with analysis and design activities aimed at protecting, enhancing, and promoting sustainable use of the territory.

We deal with landscape analysis for planning and design, enhancement of natural and protected areas, environmental engineering and hydrogeological protection, phytoremediation systems, reforestation, and interventions for the renaturalization of agricultural land.

The studio also promotes cultural and educational activities related to architecture, landscape, and land transformation, through the organization of conferences, exhibitions, trade events, courses, training stages, and publications.
