Restaurant Corte dei Ciliegi garden
The client contacted us to enhance the underused outdoor space and to create a summer garden that would envelop and integrate the covered pavilion structure (outdoor dining room). The project made the most of the restaurant entrance area and the waiting area overlooking a small garden. At the entrance, a green composition was created with a small corten fountain basin and a curved panel, also in corten, with the wording and logo of Corte dei Ciliegi laser-cut into it. The sound of the water welcoming the customers creates a feeling of freshness and relaxation. Much of the green composition is developed in corten planters, both because it was impossible to remove the existing paving and due to spatial requirements. The containers are in corten and/or painted white, depending on the areas. The entire surface of the dining area was enhanced with a new paving in wooden planks.
