Renovation of a detached villa with garden
The intervention covered all design aspects, through to the complete realization of the residence. Technical and finishing details were carefully developed to ensure an optimal result in line with the client’s high standards.
The selection of materials was meticulous, with preference given to natural elements such as trachyte stone on the façade, reclaimed exposed brick for some internal partitions, and chestnut wood planks for the flooring.
The sophisticated design of the details, including the external and internal doors, allowed for the creation of bespoke elements. Great attention was paid to the lighting design, in order to achieve an elegant overall result and a functionally efficient organization of the spaces.
The use of new technologies made it possible to design high-performance systems and create a low-impact residence.
